A: People from any country can participate in our program, as long as they have access to purchase cryptocurrency.

A: If you don't have a cryptocurrency wallet, you need to buy cryptocurrencies (BNB or Polygon) on exchanges (Coinbase, Binance, Trust wallet, etc.). A: Rewards are compounded daily and paid into your account monthly (just like a regular bank) or at the time you choose to redeem your principal Earn amount. This is to reduce the number of transactions in your wallet and make things easier for you at tax time.

13. Q: Is there any limit to the number of funds I can invest under the staking program?

A: Currently there are no limits for any assets on the number of funds you can earn percentage rewards on. Staking rewards are paid on the bases of the plans.

A: Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is the rate rewards are paid in the Digital Surge Earn Program. This rate is the nominalized rate an asset would yield when factoring in compounding rewards over a one-year period.

A: Staking products have lockup or cool-down periods, meaning your principal amount is locked up for a one-year period.

A: Yes. Rio Staking allows investors to dissolve the staking period. Please be informed there will be charges which will be charged as a penalty.

A: Rio Staking will charge 5% of the investment amount as penalty charges.

18. Q: How can I purchase USD from your website?

A: The Rio Group of Companies holds on a large number of USD (ERC20), We offer USD at market price. Customers can contact our sales representatives and deposit Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tron (TRX) to the company's crypto wallet. Our company will complete the transaction within one hour once payment is cleared from the network.

19. Q: Do you accept bank transfers on huge USD purchases?

A: Yes, we do accept bank transfers. Customers need to sign Purchase Deed with our company for all bank transactions. Please note: Bank clearance can take up to 3 banking days.
